Soy Yogurt 150g or 5.3 oz
Blueberries 1 cup
Almond Milk 125ml or 4.2 fl oz, unsweetened
Oats 50g or 1.7 oz
Vegan Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
Honey 1 tsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Flaxseed 1 tsp

 

Method

First, add 1/2 a cup of blueberries to a bowl. Next add in the remaining ingredients, mixing well before topping off with the remaining blueberries. Place the bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
