Method |
To a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage (tip - use a peeler to cut it), carrot (peeled and grated), spring onions (chopped), radish (finely sliced), and coriander leaves (chopped). |
Next, add a tsp of sesame oil, the juice of 1 lime, and 6 peanuts (chopped). Mix well before serving with a pinch of sesame seeds. |
