  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth.
  2. Serve between 2 glasses.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana or 2 small ones
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of water
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

Friendly Tips

  • Use ripe bananas for extra sweetness.
  • The Chia seeds are optional but great for extra proteins.
  • Add more or less water/milk until you get the consistency you like.
  • Instead of the water, you can also use unsweetened plant-based milk such as almond, soy, or oat milk.
  • To add sweetness, you can add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or agave syrup.
