- Using a blender, blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth.

Ingredients
- 1 large banana or 2 small ones
- 1 cup (240 ml) of water
- 2 cups (300 g) frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Friendly Tips
- Use ripe bananas for extra sweetness.
- The Chia seeds are optional but great for extra proteins.
- Add more or less water/milk until you get the consistency you like.
- Instead of the water, you can also use unsweetened plant-based milk such as almond, soy, or oat milk.
- To add sweetness, you can add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or agave syrup.
