Makes 1

Alpro Soy Milk 250ml or 8.4 fl oz, chocolate
Water 120ml or 4 fl oz 
Oats 75g oats or 2.4 oz
Almond Butter 1 tsp
Soy Yoghurt 1 tbsp
Maple Syrup 1 tsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
Flaked Almond 1 tsp

 

Method

Put the oats, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, water, chocolate milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring as needed.
Once cooked, top with a tbsp of 0% fat yogurt, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, and a tsp of almond butter. Sprinkle the almond flakes over the top and add a tsp of maple syrup.

 

This mixed meal is perfect for rest days or on the morning of an evening training session. The mixed meal nature and high fiber content will help with a slower release of energy while maintain fullness for a long period of time.
