Alpro Soy Milk 250ml or 8.4 fl oz, chocolate |

Oats 75g oats or 2.4 oz |

Soy Yoghurt 1 tbsp |
Maple Syrup 1 tsp |
Chia Seeds 1 tsp |
Cocoa Powder 1 tsp |

Method |
Put the oats, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, water, chocolate milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring as needed. |
Once cooked, top with a tbsp of 0% fat yogurt, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, and a tsp of almond butter. Sprinkle the almond flakes over the top and add a tsp of maple syrup. |
This mixed meal is perfect for rest days or on the morning of an evening training session. The mixed meal nature and high fiber content will help with a slower release of energy while maintain fullness for a long period of time.
