Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
Water 150ml or 5 fl oz
Oat Milk 150ml or 5 fl oz, unsweetened 
Maple Syrup 1 tbsp
Milk splash, oat milk. 

 

Method

To a saucepan add the oats, milk, and water and cook on low-medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Once cooked, serve with a dash of milk and a tsp of maple syrup.
